Here I am, creating my first blog post! This isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Signing up was easy enough, not painful at all. I'm still not sure how I feel about blogging as an educational tool, though. I can't really see myself using this in the future as a means of communication with my colleagues. And for sure, I would not use this as a way of communicating with students - that would just be asking for trouble. Well, since I have to use this blog for my course, I will do my best to embrace this and go along for the ride. Maybe in time my feelings will change and I'll become a blogger extraordinaire.

I have to agree with you, Jenn. At one point I thought I would be a huge blogger, and I didn't even have to do it for a course. I made a blog (or two!) and wrote fairly regularly for a while....until about a year ago, and I haven't written since!
ReplyDeleteOne thing I think it is good for though...travelling and staying in touch with friends and family. I don't know if I'll ever be able to try it out though!
